Welcome to The Pink Pontoon Nashville! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our site or booking a charter, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

The Pink Pontoon offers private boat charters on Percy Priest Lake for small groups. Our charters include use of the vessel, captain, access to the water slide, Bluetooth sound system, seating areas, and select amenities such as towels and a cooler with ice.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made in advance through our website or an authorized third party. Full payment is required to secure your reservation. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled charter are non-refundable.

3. Guest Responsibilities

By booking a trip with The Pink Pontoon, you agree to:

• Abide by all safety rules as communicated during the pre-cruise briefing.

• Follow the captain’s instructions at all times.

• Refrain from bringing any glass containers aboard.

• Respect the property and space provided on the vessel.

Guests who appear overly intoxicated, belligerent, or unsafe may be refused boarding or asked to disembark at the discretion of the captain, with no refund.

4. Liability Waiver

All participants must complete and sign a liability waiver prior to boarding. Participation is at your own risk. While we take safety seriously, The Pink Pontoon is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the trip, including those arising from swimming, slipping, or alcohol-related incidents.

5. Alcohol Policy

Our cruises operate under BYOB guidelines. Alcohol is permitted for guests aged 21 and over. No glass containers are allowed. Excessive intoxication, dangerous behavior, or refusal to comply with safety rules may result in early termination of the cruise.

6. Inclement Weather

In cases of severe weather, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the trip. If cancellation is necessary due to unsafe conditions, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund.

7. Website Use

8. Changes to Terms
